Shes been with us for nearly 10 years, but has 18 years experience in Real Estate managing rental properties and marketing homes. Rachel offers clients a unique advantage—she understands not just how to sell or buy a home, but how to build long-term wealth through real estate.
Specializing in helping investors identify profitable opportunities, Rachel combines her hands-on property management knowledge with sharp market insights. She guides clients through every stage of the investment process, from acquisition and tenant placement to ongoing management and property improvement strategies.
As the leader of marketing for our office, Rachel develops and implements innovative campaigns to showcase listings, attract qualified buyers, and strengthen the CENTURY 21 1st Choice Realty brand.
Rachel also owns and operates Rachel K Creations, a thriving boutique and custom apparel shop in Lock Haven. Her entrepreneurial spirit and community involvement keep her connected to the area she serves and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
